How do I prepare for my session?

We shoot just about everything except posed newborns. That takes additional safety training and is a specialty we don't offer but can help with some recommendations.

What type of sessions do you offer?

We deliver all digital images in a private online gallery. You can download full resolution images and print release from here.

how do I get my images?

Yes! Weddings are broken into 3 payments. Sessions over $600 have several payment plan & financing options.

Do you offer any

Weddings are delivered within 4-8 weeks. Portrait sessions average less than 1 week from the date you select your final images.

How far in advance should I book?
For weddings, I recommend booking as soon as you have your date and venue secured. Popular dates, especially Saturdays during peak wedding season, can book well in advance. For portrait sessions, there is generally more flexibility, but booking early is always recommended if you have a specific date or deadline in mind. The more time we have, the more options and availability.

Do you help with posing?
Absolutely! You do not need to know how to pose or be comfortable in front of a camera. I'll guide you through poses and prompts throughout your session while also looking for those natural, candid moments. My goal is for your images to feel natural and like you, not stiff or overly posed.

What should I wear?
I'll help you figure that out! For portrait sessions, I can provide guidance on coordinating outfits, colors, and styles that photograph well. For weddings, I'll also help make sure we plan for the important details and portraits you want captured. The most important thing is to choose something you feel comfortable and confident in.

Do you help choose locations?
Yes! I'm happy to help you choose a location based on the look and feel you want for your photos. Whether you're looking for a beautiful outdoor setting, something urban and colorful, a meaningful location, or something completely different, we'll find an option that fits your vision.

Can we include our pets?
Absolutely! Pets are family, too. Dogs, cats, and other well-behaved pets are welcome for sessions at locations that allow animals. Just let me know ahead of time so we can plan the session around them.

Can I bring multiple outfits?
Yes! Outfit changes are welcome and can be a great way to give your gallery a variety of looks. The number of outfits that makes sense will depend on the type and length of your session, and I'll help you plan them so we have plenty of time to photograph each look.

How quickly will I receive my photos?
I want you to see your images while they're still fresh! You'll receive a preview gallery within 24 hours of your session. Full gallery delivery times vary depending on the type of session, but you'll always know what to expect when you book. Wedding galleries average 4-6 weeks and portrait sessions average a week or less.

Do you offer albums and prints?
Yes! Your photographs deserve to exist somewhere other than just your phone or computer. I offer a variety of professional prints, albums, and other photo products so you can enjoy your images in a tangible way. Additional images and products can also be purchased after your session.

Do you travel?
Absolutely! I'm based in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, and regularly photograph throughout Middle Tennessee and beyond. Travel fees may apply for locations outside my included service area. If you have a specific location in mind, just reach out and I'll be happy to provide the details.

How does booking work?
Once you've decided you'd like to work together, we'll choose your date and session or wedding package. A contract and retainer are required to officially reserve your date. For weddings, I'll also work with you to build a package that fits your timeline and priorities, with options to add additional hours, a second photographer, albums, and more.

For portrait sessions, we'll finalize the details, choose your location, and make sure you're prepared before your session. I'll take care of guiding you through the process—you just show up and have fun!
